The following steps describe the procedures necessary for requesting
financial aid at Haddonfield Friends School. Please read carefully
and make sure all steps have been completed by the required due
dates.
1. The request form must be completed and sent to the school Business
Office as soon as possible. For timely submittal, we should have
the form no later than January 21, 2005.
2. Once the request is received application forms will be sent.
Follow all directions carefully when you receive the forms. The
forms should be returned by February 22, 2005 in order to receive full consideration
of your request for financial aid.
3. A copy of your current 2004 FEDERAL and STATE TAX RETURNS
must be sent to the HFS Business Office no later than Febraury 22, 2005. Financial
Aid requests will not be processed without these tax returns. They
must be the full forms, not the PC format returns.
