The Haddonfield Friends School (HFS) Extended Day Program offers
several options. The Regular Program offers before school coverage
from 7:00 a.m. until 8:15 a.m., after school coverage from the end
of the school day until 5:00 p.m. and after school coverage from
the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m. The Regular Program requires
an Enrollment Fee of $60.00 for the first child plus $45.00 for
each additional family member. Our fee schedule
provides annual costs for the Regular Program.
We are pleased to now offer you the option to enroll in the extended
day program online. Click

Each additional family member will receive a 5% discount off the
annual fees. These fees include extended coverage when the school
lets out early, i.e., noon dismissal. Within the Regular Program,
you have the option of choosing one to five days in each category
for both before and after school sessions. Regular Program students
may participate in any of the after school activity clubs.
The second program option is the Per Diem Program. When you do
not need daily coverage, this program allows you to schedule, in
advance, your child(ren)'s attendance at any session. You must provide
advance notice of at least one day. There is an Enrollment fee of
$60.00 per student. The fee
schedule for the Per Diem Program is listed on the attached form
as PER USE FEES, Enrolled Students. Fees will be billed on a monthly
bases, however, the Enrollment Fee is
due in advance.
A limited amount of financial assistance is available for this
program. This process is not automatic. You must request financial
aid for the Extended Day Regular Program. If you have not applied
for financial aid for the regular school year, you must fill out
all the same forms and provide all the same information. You do
not have to have been awarded aid for the regular school year in
order to receive aid for the Extended Day Program.
Activity Clubs will be provided after school for those students that may have an interest. Please contact the Extended Day Program Coordinator for a registration form.
For students that are not enrolled in either the regular or per
diem program (planned), the charges would be based on those listed
under PER USE FEES, Un-enrolled Students. The fees are payable at
the end of each month. These fees would apply to those students
not picked up on time at dismissal and for student that we do not
received the required one day notice.
